What is SuperGPT?
SuperGPT is a Slack app that lets your team use ChatGPT's powerful AI directly in Slack. Think of it as having a supercharged AI team member working with you in Slack, designed to boost your productivity and collaboration SuperGPT is built on top of ChatGPT, and offers features such as improved context recall and team collaboration. SuperGPT can be used by teams of any size, from small startups to large enterprises.
Why use SuperGPT instead of ChatGPT on its own?
Good question! ChatGPT is an incredible resource on its own, but quickly loses track of conversations, struggles with long-term projects, isn’t designed for team-wide collaboration, and requires users to switch between ChatGPT and their other platforms. SuperGPT takes all the positives of ChatGPT and adds powerful context recall and collaboration tools, all within Slack.
What can SuperGPT do?
SuperGPT can provide summaries of conversations, keep track of context over a long project, and more. It can also help with tasks like brainstorming ideas for food, putting together a playlist, and creating a schedule.
Does SuperGPT replace human collaboration?
No, SuperGPT is meant to enhance human collaboration, not replace it. It can provide additional support and assistance to your team, but it cannot replace the value of human interaction and teamwork.
Billing
What is considered a seat?
SuperGPT bills on a per-user (or per-seat) basis. If a user is active at any point in a billing cycle, your organization will be charged for their seat. For example, if your billing period is May 15 - June 14 and a team member joins your workspace June 14, they will be considered active for that billing period.
When am I billed?
You will be billed at the start of each billing period for the total number of active seats in the previous billing period. Example: if your billing period is May 15 - June 14, and you had 120 team members active at any point in your Slack workspace during that time frame, you will be charged for 120 seats on June 15.
